As we know the automatic conveyor is an indispensable economic logistics conveying equipment to form a rhythmic flow line. The automatic conveyor has features of strong conveying capacity, long conveying distance, simple structure and easy maintenance, and can easily implement programmed control and automatic operation.
1. Belt conveyor
The belt conveyor is mainly composed of two end rollers and a closed conveyor belt on the tight sleeve. The roller that drives the conveyor belt to rotate is called the driving roller (driving drum), the other roller that only changes the movement direction of the conveyor belt is called the turning roller. The driving roller is driven by the motor through the reducer, and the conveyor belt is driven by the friction between the driving roller and the conveyor belt. The material is fed from the feeding end, falls on the rotating conveyor belt, and is driven by the friction of the conveyor belt to the unloading end for unloading.
2. Double speed chain conveyor
Double speed conveyor chain can also be called beat conveyor chain or differential chain. The double speed conveyor chain is a roller conveyor chain. On the conveyor line, the overall moving speed of the chain is fixed, but the pallet or workpiece transported above the chain can control the moving rhythm according to the user's requirements, stop moving at the required position, and the operator can perform various assembly operations. After the above operations, the workpiece can continue to move forward and transport.
3. Power and free conveyor
Power and free conveyor is a kind of transport system suitable for high productivity and flexible production system. It not only plays a transportation role, but also runs through the entire production line, integrating excellent process operation, storage and transportation functions. 4. Roller conveyor
The roller conveyor can transport materials with large single weight. The roller lines are easy to connect and filter. A complex logistics conveying system can be composed of multiple roller lines and other conveying lines or special machines to meet various process needs. The roller conveyor line has simple structure, high reliability and convenient use and easy to maintenance. Roller can be divided into power roller and non power roller according to the driving mode, and can be divided into horizontal conveying drum, inclined conveying drum and turning drum according to the layout form.
