How can I purchase?
Neucham has an extensive network. If there is no distributor in your area, we will work with you to deliver your cargoes to your site or a main port (seaport or airport) in your country.
Do you buy back or sell used parts?
All Neucham production lines are customized by customer requirements and high productivity, Neucham does not buy back or sell used parts or products.
Do you offer leasing or financing?
No, we do not lease products or offer financing options currently. Neucham will support you to get financing from your local market if you need.
How much is the importing tax to bring the Neucham products into my country?
Import regulations and customs tariff and taxes differ greatly per country. For most countries, customs tariff rate is set differently based on the total invoice value, country of origin and HS code (harmonized system code) of imported goods.

How long does production take?
Neucham engineering department need 10~15 days to consult the best solutions of conveyor system for customers. After that, Neucham production department need 15~25 days for purchasing, production, installation, debugging and packing. It depends on the production line length and some special requirements.
How long does shipping take?
It usually depends on your country and destinations. And which kinds of transportation you choose.

Can I replace parts with ones I can get in my local market?
At first, refer to Neucham main parts the warranty over 10 years, if any broken during the guarantee the replace spare parts will be provided.
Secondly, when delivery Neucham will provide you some consumable accessories for replacement, if no replacements in your warehouse you have enough time to purchase again.
Thirdly, all of Neucham products comply with international standards, if you need any urgent accessories from local, please contact us in any time to get specific specifications and brands.
What are the precautions to take if used in extreme environment?
Neucham conveyor system is suitable for ESD sensitive areas, dry space and clean areas, they can working in high temperature or low temperature areas also. Please let us know your special requirements and meet your requirements.
